Web design and build
Web design and build.
Launch
£3,500
One week.
For a small business that needs a credible site fast.
- Up to five pages, custom designed, not a template
- Built on Next.js, hosted on Vercel, fast by construction
- Mobile first, accessible, Core Web Vitals green at handover
- Contact forms, analytics, search foundations, schema markup
- You supply the content; I structure and edit it
The standard build
Business
£8,500
Four weeks.
The standard build for a business that wants the site to generate enquiries.
- Everything in Launch
- Up to twelve pages, plus a CMS so you can edit without me
- Custom design system, not one layout repeated
- Booking or enquiry flow wired into the tools you already use
- Copy structuring and page architecture built around what people actually search
- AEO and GEO groundwork so AI assistants can read and cite the site
- Thirty days of post launch changes included
Commerce and platform
From £12,000
Six weeks and up.
When the site has to do work, not just describe it.
- Supabase backend, authentication, customer accounts
- Payments, bookings, subscriptions, shop
- Integrations with your existing systems
- Role based access where staff and customers see different things
- Staging environment and CI so changes ship safely
Custom application
From £25,000
Scoped individually.
Internal tools, portals, multi tenant products, anything that is software rather than a website.
Design is included in every build. See what a build looks like shipped in the work, read the 53-page dental rebuild as a case study, or the Max Wilson Coaching one.
“He’s also an absolute pleasure to work with: responsive, efficient, easy-going and incredibly good value. I’ve worked with different people on websites over the years, and Paul is genuinely in a different league.”
Search programme
Search programme.
Most agencies still sell SEO. Half of your future traffic is people asking an AI assistant a question, and being named in that answer is a different discipline.
Visibility audit
£1,500
One week.
Technical SEO, AEO and GEO position, competitor benchmark, prioritised fix list you can hand to anyone. Credited in full against the 90 day programme.
90 day programme
£4,500
Or £1,650 per month across three months.
Ninety days on the site you already have, measured against a baseline taken in week one.
- Technical foundation: crawlability, schema, entity definition, internal linking
- Content built around the questions your customers actually ask
- Answer engine optimisation so AI assistants can quote you accurately
- Monthly reporting against a baseline taken in week one
- Handover document so the work survives without me
Ongoing search
£950 per month
Three month minimum, then rolling.
After the programme. Content, monitoring, quarterly strategy review.
What the programme does, layer by layer, is on the search programme page; the map-and-models layer has its own page.
Brand and identity
Brand and identity.
For the business with a logo but no system. Design is included in every build; this is for the identity around it.
Brand and identity
From £1,500
Scoped to the assets you have.
A palette, a type pairing and usage rules, applied across the site, the Google profile and socials, so everything a client sees agrees.
Care plans
Care plans.
Every site needs looking after. Nothing here is compulsory, and none of it locks you in beyond thirty days.

How pricing works
How pricing works.
- Fixed fee, agreed in writing.
- You get a scope document before you commit. If the scope changes, we price the change before it happens.
- Fifty per cent to start, fifty on launch.
- Larger builds are staged across milestones.
- Minimum engagement £1,500.
- Below that, a DIY builder genuinely serves you better and I will say so.
- The discovery call is free and always will be.
- Everything after it is paid.
- Fast-track, for an additional fee.
- Priority scheduling puts a build at the front of the queue, one slot at a time. Priced with the scope, before you commit.
What moves the price
What moves the price.
- How many distinct page types need designing, not how many pages exist
- Whether content and photography exist or need creating
- Integrations with systems that have real APIs versus systems that do not
- Regulated sectors, where compliance review adds time
- Migration from an existing site with traffic worth protecting
Who builds it
Who builds it.
Paul Redman. Twenty five years building software, most of it at scale for organisations where downtime was a headline.
One engineer, direct from first call to handover. No account manager, no juniors on delivery, no subcontracting. If a job is too big for one person, I will tell you before you commit rather than after.
Questions about pricing
Straight answers first.
- Are Redman Studio's prices fixed?
- Yes. Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts, with a scope document so both sides know what is included. If the scope changes, the change is priced before it happens, never after.
- How is payment staged?
- Fifty per cent to start and fifty on launch. Larger builds are staged across milestones so nothing is paid for before it exists.
- What is the minimum engagement?
- £1,500. Below that, a DIY site builder genuinely serves you better and I will say so on the discovery call, which is free and always will be.
- What makes a website cost more?
- The number of distinct page types that need designing rather than the number of pages, whether content and photography exist or need creating, integrations with systems that have real APIs versus ones that do not, regulated sectors where compliance review adds time, and migration from an existing site with traffic worth protecting.
- Is there a discount for combining services?
- Credits rather than discounts. The £1,500 visibility audit is credited in full against the 90 day search programme, and £2,250 of the AI audit is credited against any AI build started within 90 days.
- Do I have to take a care plan?
- No. Nothing after launch is compulsory and none of it locks you in beyond thirty days. You own the code, the domain and the content either way.
The discovery call is free.
Tell me the business and what you need it to do. You get a scope document and a fixed fee in writing before you commit to anything.
