- Commerce and platform (From £12,000): Six weeks and up. When the site has to do work, not just describe it.
- Custom application (From £25,000): Scoped individually. Internal tools, portals, multi tenant products, anything that is software rather than a website.

Search programme (SEO, AEO and GEO):
- Visibility audit (£1,500): One week. Technical SEO, AEO and GEO position, competitor benchmark, prioritised fix list you can hand to anyone. Credited in full against the 90 day programme.
- 90 day programme (£4,500): Or £1,650 per month across three months. Ninety days on the site you already have, measured against a baseline taken in week one.
- Ongoing search (£950 per month): Three month minimum, then rolling. After the programme. Content, monitoring, quarterly strategy review.

Brand and identity:

How pricing works: fixed fee agreed in writing with a scope document before commitment; fifty per cent to start, fifty on launch, larger builds staged across milestones; minimum engagement £1,500; the discovery call is free.

Design is included in every build. Every site ships schema.org structured data generated from a single source of truth, question-shaped content for answer engines, and a Google Business Profile kept consistent with the site.

## AI engineering and consultancy
Redman Studio provides AI consultancy and engineering for UK businesses of roughly five to two hundred people, founders with an AI prototype that needs to become reliable, and teams whose first attempt at AI never left the demo. The work runs in four stages, and a client can stop after any of them: an Audit (£4,500, two weeks: workflow map, five to eight ranked use cases, data and systems readiness, tooling review, UK GDPR and ICO posture, a 90 day roadmap and a written report; £2,250 credited against any build started within 90 days), a Pilot (£12,000, three to four weeks: one workflow live in production, wired into the client's real systems, with an evaluation set built from their own data, a human approval step wherever output reaches a customer, and cost per run modelled), a Build (from £18,000: multiple workflows or agents orchestrated, integrations, authentication and tenancy, CI gates, monitoring, logging, audit trail, documentation and handover), and Run (Watch at £1,200 per month for monitoring, drift gates, cost tracking and a monthly report; Partner at £3,600 per month adding two days a month of change work). A day rate of £1,200 to £1,500 applies only to genuinely open-ended work.

What gets built: agents for intake, triage, drafting, follow up and document processing; voice agents for inbound calls with recording, consent and the DPA chain in place; retrieval over a client's own documents with citations back to source; workflow automation across existing tools; custom software where no SaaS product fits; customer-facing AI surfaces on websites, including AI search visibility. Every build gets an evaluation set drawn from the client's data, invariant locks enforced in CI, human-in-the-loop by default on anything customer-facing, and data posture (DPAs, subprocessor chain, retention, ICO registration, dependency licence audit) handled at the start. Client data is not used to train models. No subcontracting. If the audit concludes AI is not the right tool for a process, the report says so.
